We are pleased that you would like to register for membership in one of our Academic Societies (AFGs)! The AFGs are expert groups in which current topics of nursing science are dealt with. Please note the following guidelines:

• A Master's degree (MSc, MA or licentiate) is a prerequisite for official registration with an AFG (interested members who do not hold a Master's degree can ask the AFG president whether they can become involved in the AFG on an unofficial basis).
• Registration with an AFG requires VFP membership (if you are not yet a VFP member, you can register here).
• For an AFG membership an individual membership in the VFP is necessary, i.e. collective members cannot become AFG members. Institutions interested in working with an AFG can contact the AFG President.
