New appointments to the executive committee of the Academic Society for Gerontological Nursing.
In view of the increasing range of tasks, growing strategic responsibility, and the importance of clearly positioning the AFG within the VfP and within gerontological care, we decided at the last meeting to transfer the management of the AFG to a collegial management committee in the future.
This committee comprises three defined roles (see Google.docxDieses Gremium umfasst drei definierte Rollen: 1. Administration; 2. Kommunikation und 3. Vernetzung; Projekte, Mandate & Vernehmlassungen (siehe Anhang), die jeweils doppelt besetzt werden, um eine stabile, breit abgestützte und zugleich agile Führung zu gewährleisten.
