The goals of the Nursing Science Commission for Digitization are:
- To make a substantial contribution to the development and positioning of nurses in the interprofessional context of the digital development of the Swiss healthcare system.
- ensure that digitalization and technologization generate added value for care professionals and their target groups, i.e. patients, clients, residents, relatives and others.
- to support the VFP/APSI and its academic professional societies in the digital transformation and technologization of the nursing workforce.
- maintain a network with relevant players in science and practice.
