• Strengthening the Nurse Practitioner role and development in GP practices / group practices.
• Promotion of training and further education opportunities for nurse practitioners in the GP practice / group practice
• Strengths of nurse practitioner training in family practice / group practice.
• Creation of a platform for exchange, networking and knowledge transfer to improve quality.
• Support, advice and assistance for career starters when starting/establishing a position in a family practice/group practice  
• Involvement at political level in collective bargaining and advocacy for the concerns of nurse practitioners in GP practices / group practices.
• Participation and collaboration in research projects.
• Co-design as AFG with regard to national and international exchange for nurse practitioners in family practice / group practice.
