The Lindenhof Group is looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse to help shape and further develop the interprofessional palliative care consultation service.
Tasks: Person-centered counseling and support for patients and their families, professional support for the care teams and network partners in complex situations, close interprofessional cooperation, and shared responsibility for nursing development and quality (including in the oncology nursing consultation service).
Requirements: Certified nurse with MScN, further training in palliative care (e.g., DAS/HFPP/MAS), ideally professional experience in palliative care, interest/knowledge in oncology, and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and active participation.
Start date: March 1, 2026, or by agreement.

The Integrated Psychiatry Winterthur-Zürcher-Unterland is looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse to provide specialist support and further develop nursing care.
Tasks: Advice and support for patients in complex treatment situations, clinical assessment and decision-making, interprofessional collaboration, participation in treatment and care concepts, promotion of care development and quality as well as collaboration in projects.
Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing (APN), proven clinical experience, strong counseling skills, ability to work independently, commitment to evidence-based nursing practice and enjoy working as part of an interprofessional team.
