Goals
The Academic Society for Gerontological Nursing supports and promotes the professionalization of nursing practice by:
- identifying and addressing relevant topics in gerontological nursing,
- capitalizing on synergies and connecting individuals, institutions, and organizations,
- promoting nursing research in the field of gerontology,
- applying new knowledge in practice and
- commenting on policy proposals.
